Make a Contribution

“Now is the time when we can all participate.”

These words are all too familiar to church folk. They usually come after the choir has brought the congregation to its feet with a rousing musical rendition. Or they come after the preacher, laboring under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, has delivered a soul stirring message. The presiding officer pauses momentarily for decorum to return to the assembly, and then says ever so casually, “Now is the time when we can all participate.”

If you can raise your hand in testimony to the lyrics of the theme song of the Recovery Movement, “Faithful Is Our God,” by Hezekiah Walker; if you can shout a hardy, “Amen!” to the message that recovery of the foundational principles and values that gave rise to our existence, that have sustained us over the centuries are important to our viability and effectiveness today in this world community, then take this opportunity to participate.
